1. With our company's patented products moving knife cooling system: moving cutter head, fixed cutter head, suction pipe and bearing position have passed ice water, 24 hours of working materials do not heat up, stable output.

2. The segmented blade, a group of 60 blades, shear structure cutting mode, easier to grind, higher output.

The late blade can be repaired 6 times using wire cutting, and the blade consumables are very low. The blade is made of high-speed wear-resistant steel with high wear resistance.

3. The equipment makes two screening structure, which can increase the screening area and improve the output.

4. The granularity of the discharge particle is adjustable. The tool adjustment method of our equipment adopts the worm high-precision tool adjustment structure developed in Germany. By turning the hand wheel, the knife advances 0.17 mm, the tool adjustment accuracy can reach 0.02 mm, and the parallelism of the two cutterheads is controlled within 0.1 mm. The tool adjustment can be completed within 1 minute, and the tool can be adjusted directly without stopping when the equipment is running at high speed. Convenient and fast.
