1, GN series liquid nitrogen mill is a new type of liquid nitrogen mill independently developed by our company, the equipment adopts a disk shear structure, with a unique material cooling silo, compared with the traditional liquid nitrogen mill, save liquid nitrogen 30%-40%, reduce the cost of post-processing.
2, the equipment can be made of integral stainless steel packaging, no dust, no pollution and no liquid nitrogen exhaust emissions.
3, the blade adopts a rotor cutter, the material is first frozen to the embrittlement point, and then processed into powder by high-speed impact. The processed material powder type is better and the fine powder is more. The blade is removable so that the entire rotor does not need to be replaced. Late tool cost is low.
4, the equipment can be an integral screening structure, no need to return temperature can be screened, not sifted coarse powder directly into the equipment back grinding. The discharge is the finished product. Greatly save labor.
5, the granularity of the discharge particle is adjustable, our equipment tool adjustment method adopts the German research and development of worm high-precision tool adjustment structure, rotate the hand wheel to move the knife forward 0.17 mm, the tool adjustment accuracy can reach 0.02 mm, the parallelism of the two cutterheads is controlled within 0.1 mm. The tool adjustment can be completed within 1 minute, and the tool can be adjusted directly without stopping when the equipment is running at high speed. Convenient and fast.
6, food grade liquid nitrogen crusher, contact materials all stainless steel, can process a variety of Chinese medicinal materials, soybeans, peppers, Sichuan pepper, star anise and other spices, liquid nitrogen grinding does not change the molecular structure and physical properties of the material, will not cause the loss of nutrients.
