Ultrasonic screen
Working principle: Ultrasonic screen is based on the ordinary vibrating screen, superimposed ultrasonic vibration system. In the screening process, a high-frequency electrical signal is generated by the ultrasonic generator, which is converted into a mechanical vibration of the same frequency by the transducer, and then transmitted to the screen through the resonance ring. On the basis of its own vibration, the screen generates additional high-frequency micro-vibration, so that the material on the screen surface is subjected to two forces. This high-frequency micro-vibration effectively destroys the adsorption force and blocking phenomenon formed by the material due to agglomeration, static electricity and other factors on the screen surface, so that the material can smoothly pass the screen, greatly improving the screening accuracy and efficiency. For example, when sifting fine powder materials, the ordinary vibrating screen may be blocked due to material agglomeration, and the screening efficiency is low, while the ultrasonic screen can quickly disperse the material through high-frequency vibration and smooth sifting.
Scope of application: fine chemical industry: suitable for the screening of fine chemical products such as pigments, coatings, micro-powder silica gel, these products have fine particle size and easy to gather, ultrasonic screening can accurately separate different particle sizes of particles, to ensure product quality.
Food industry: can be used to screen flour, starch, milk powder, etc., to ensure the uniformity of food particles, while avoiding the problem of screen blockage caused by material viscosity, in line with food hygiene standards.
Pharmaceutical industry: Screening of pharmaceutical intermediates, Chinese medicine powder, etc., can meet the strict requirements for particle size accuracy of pharmaceutical production, and prevent drug particles from agglomerating and affecting the efficacy of the drug.
