Forced screen
Working principle: On the basis of the ordinary vibrating screen, the forced screen is installed with a brush device on the screen surface or around the screen frame. When the equipment is running, the vibration motor drives the screen body to vibrate, and the material moves on the screen surface for screening. At the same time, the brush is constantly cleaning the screen as the screen body vibrates or operates through an independent drive. The role of the brush is to forcibly remove the material attached to the screen, prevent the material from blocking the screen hole, ensure the permeability of the screen, so that the screening process can be continued and efficient. For example, when screening stickier materials, the brush can brush off the material adhering to the screen in time to maintain the screening efficiency.
Scope of application: Metallurgical industry: In the screening process of iron fine powder, pellets and other materials, these materials often contain a certain amount of moisture and viscous substances, easy to block the screen. The forced screen with a brush can effectively solve this problem and ensure the continuity and accuracy of the screening.
Refractory industry: For the screening of materials such as refractory mud and corundum powder, the ordinary screen is easy to be blocked due to its irregular particle shape and certain viscosity. Through the cleaning function of the brush, efficient screening can be achieved to ensure that the particle size of the refractory meets the production requirements.
Environmental protection industry: When dealing with viscous and fibrous materials such as sludge and biomass, the equipment can effectively prevent the material from entangling and blocking the screen, achieve the screening and grading of these materials, and provide suitable raw materials for the subsequent environmental treatment process.
